Tim Ricke is the expert of experts in the maid service industry.
He built one of the very first Team Maid Services back in 1979. His company, TidyMaid Services, produced millions in sales. He designed and built two more duplicatable models. He had three locations before being purchased by a large national franchise.

Mr. Ricke wrote the first computer program that controlled the massive growth. That program provided scheduling, payroll system, employee game system, and quoting prices over the phone with a 99% accuracy.

He tested: Microwave clothes and the first robotic cleaning system.
